Supply Chain Manager

Job Context

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Job Responsibility

Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of materials.
Implement and maintain supply chain management software to track and optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Lead efforts to improve sustainability within the supply chain.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentorship to supply chain staff.
Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Experience Requirement

5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
Additional Requirement

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
