Job Context
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Job Responsibility
Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and business growth.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build brand awareness.
Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and market demand.
Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and continued satisfaction.

Educational Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience Requirement
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or software industry.

Additional Requirement
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
