Product Manager

  • Job Context

    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to guide product development and ensure that new products meet customer needs and company goals.

  • Job Responsibility

    Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and business goals.

    Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch products.

    Lead product development cycles, including planning, design, testing, and release.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.

    Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.

    Manage product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring continuous improvements.

    Create and maintain product documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and user stories.

    Analyze product performance and KPIs to assess market fit and customer satisfaction.

    Develop go-to-market strategies and oversee product marketing campaigns.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and customer needs.

  • Educational Requirement

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience Requirement

    3+ years of experience in product management or product development roles.

  • Additional Requirement

    Experience with Agile methodologies and product management software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).

    Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
