Network Administrator

Job Context

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our network infrastructure, ensuring network security and stability.
Job Responsibility

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Ensure the security of the network by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement network policies and procedures.
Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
Assist with network upgrades and migrations to new technologies.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure network integrity.
Train staff on network usage and best practices for cybersecurity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest networking trends, tools, and best practices.
Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
CCNA or similar networking certification preferred.
Experience Requirement

3+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
Additional Requirement

Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Proficiency in network security measures and practices.
