Job Context

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support the company in legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance on corporate governance and contracts.
Job Responsibility

Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
Ensure the company complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Manage intellectual property, including trademarks and patents.
Represent the company in legal disputes and provide counsel on risk management.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in the legal landscape.
Provide training to staff on legal matters and compliance.
Oversee legal documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
Support the company in corporate governance matters and assist the board of directors as needed.
Educational Requirement

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Experience Requirement

3+ years of experience in corporate law or a similar role.
Additional Requirement

Bar admission and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
