    We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for employees and ensure the smooth running of IT systems.

  • Job Responsibility

    Provide technical assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

    Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

    Manage user accounts and permissions in systems like Active Directory.

    Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

    Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

    Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware, including upgrades.

    Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment to prevent downtime.

    Support remote workers by resolving connectivity and access issues.

    Work with vendors to resolve complex hardware or software issues.

    Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and software.

  • Educational Requirement

    Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • Experience Requirement

    1+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.

  • Additional Requirement

    Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

    Experience with network troubleshooting.
