    We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and resolve issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

  • Job Responsibility

    Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.

    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

    Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.

    Assist in setting up and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

    Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of configurations.

    Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up their IT equipment and accounts.

    Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

    Apply software updates and patches to ensure systems remain secure.

    Train users on new systems and technologies.

    Collaborate with the IT team on larger projects and initiatives.

  • Educational Requirement

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • Experience Requirement

    1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.

  • Additional Requirement

    Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.

    Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
