Join our growing IT team as an IT Support Specialist, providing high-level technical support to end-users and maintaining the performance of our IT systems.

Job Responsibility
Provide first-line technical support, answering queries and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems across various devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups to ensure the integrity of data.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT systems and infrastructure.
Document technical issues and resolutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
Provide support for remote users, including VPN setup and remote desktop assistance.
Assist in the deployment of new technologies and ensure the proper functioning of systems.
Monitor network performance and security to detect and resolve any vulnerabilities.

Educational Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience Requirement
1-3 years of experience in IT support or technical help desk roles.

Additional Requirement
Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
