We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and provide actionable insights that will help drive strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility
Develop predictive models and algorithms using machine learning techniques.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility for analysis.
Present findings to stakeholders using visualizations and detailed reports.
Collaborate with product teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate data hypotheses.
Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
Work with large-scale datasets, leveraging cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis.

Educational Requirement
Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
PhD preferred.

Experience Requirement
3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.

Additional Requirement
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
