Data Engineer

Job Context

We are seeking a Data Engineer to develop, construct, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines that support the organization’s data analytics and business intelligence efforts.
Job Responsibility

Design and develop efficient data pipelines using ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and optimize workflows.
Ensure the availability and reliability of large datasets for analytics and machine learning projects.
Implement best practices for data security, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
Optimize data storage and retrieval performance for large datasets.
Manage and maintain databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems.
Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy in data transformations.
Develop and maintain documentation for data workflows and architectures.
Implement and manage cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, addressing performance issues and system failures.
Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience Requirement

3+ years of experience in data engineering or database management.
Additional Requirement

Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and ETL tools.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
