Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Context

We are looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to help safeguard our organization’s network, systems, and data from cyberattacks and security breaches.
Job Responsibility

Monitor and analyze security events from multiple sources to detect potential threats.
Implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
Investigate security breaches and incidents, performing root cause analysis.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal systems.
Collaborate with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities and enforce security protocols.
Respond to security incidents, documenting actions and results for review.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
Provide cybersecurity awareness training for staff to reduce risk.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential risks to the organization.
Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Requirement

2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT roles.
Additional Requirement

Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security tools, and incident response.
